Following many years of successful modeling career, Marcelina decided to pursue her passion for photography. In 2013 she completed a digital photography certificate at New York Film Academy. Surrounded and supported by professionals in fashion industry, Marcelina was able to build her own portfolio while discovering her personal style. In 2018 she created a series of portraits in collaboration with Elite Model Management. Those photographs caught attention of multiple modeling agencies and aspiring models around the world landing her her first editorial gig. While her personal projects fall under portrait photojournalism and are often published on Vogue Italia's 'PhotoVogue', Marcelina continues to carve her own path within the fashion industry focusing on lifestyle and beauty photography.
